Nicole Preisendorf-Umrath brings over 20 years of hospitality and customer service experience. She is a native Nebraskan from St. Libory and met her husband in St. Louis, Missouri. He currently works for Chief Fabrication in Grand Island and has turned into a true Husker fan since moving to Nebraska.

Nicole and her husband are both active members in the community volunteering their time with the Soldier’s Wish List, St. Paul’s GCA Days, and their church. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, cooking, and gardening.

Her personality is infectious and you just can’t help but smile when you visit with her. She is very organized and takes care of collecting rents, taking care of tenant requests for service, lining up repairs, and approving work orders.

Nicole has completed a Fred Pryor Seminar on Communication Skills for Women and is currently working on obtaining her Real Estate License. She has completed Real Estate Principles and Practice and Nebraska License Law.
